URA awarded the Tanjong Rhu Road site on 10 February 2026 to CDL Constellation Pte. Ltd. and Bedrock Ventures Pte. Ltd. (a 90:10 JV with Woh Hup Holdings) for S$709,252,000, or about S$1,455 per square foot per plot ratio. The parcel is roughly 1.22 hectares (12,239.3 sqm) with a maximum gross floor area of 45,286 sqm. URA first estimated 525 homes, and CDL’s May 2026 update describes a proposal for around 518 apartments in three 26-storey towers, subject to approvals.
